About Our Founder
Toni Jones, the visionary founder of Multi-Therapeutic Services, Inc., brings over 20 years of dedicated experience in working with children and adults with disabilities. With a Bachelor of Art in Psychology and a Minor in Sociology from Catawba College, and a Master's in Professional Counseling from Liberty University, Toni is also a PhD candidate committed to advancing in the field of human services. Her extensive background includes pivotal roles at Howell Care Centers Inc., where she was promoted from Director of Residential Services to Program Director and finally, Facility Administrator. Her leadership was instrumental in managing residential services and ensuring compliance with various regulatory standards. In 2003, Toni's ambition and expertise culminated in the founding of her mental health agency, which under her leadership, successfully expanded to provide comprehensive services by 2005. As CEO, Toni leverages her wealth of knowledge in business management and consumer advocacy to foster growth and uphold a positive company image.
